Rocky's only hope in this contest is if the Hulkster tries to commit to the Lucha Libre style of wrestling. I could see Hogan hurting himself attempting a high risk manuever and Rocky capitalizing with a surprise rollup for the win.

I could also see Rocky being confused when Hulk starts "hulking up" and punching him in the face when Hogan waves his finger. Although the height disadvantage would make this very difficult

I think it is important to note that Hulk Hogan is not a Lucha Libre style wrestler.

Lucha Libre is the Mexican style which seems to be a lot more acrobatics based, to me.  Hulk is a big, big guy.  Liable to hurt himself trying this.

I think Balboa would be able to pull off the flying feats better.  That said, I think Hulk still has the advantage in the ring.

I listen to a lot of wrestling podcasts these days. That, on top of my already extensive knowledge of wrestling, tells me that Hogan is at a big disadvantage here.

Hogan was limited as a wrestler. If you've watched any Hogan match, well, you've pretty much seen it all. That isn't to say he's bad, he knows how to work a crowd and help his opponents shine when he needs to. But Lucha Libre, is not something he can do. At all. If he tries, then he's just going to be awkward and probably hurt himself. And once he pulls something or takes a bad bump, Rocky can get the pin. Rocky is much more lightweight and won't have so much weight coming down on him when he takes a bump. That, coupled with his incredible durability and stamina, gives him the clear edge.

Hulk actually did have some nimble moves in his arsenal; it's just that he was advised early on in his career to play the role of a power merchant. He did, however, show off some of those other moves whenever he wrestled in Japan:

All in all, if Hogan is anywhere near his physical prime, he should take this.

Nice find. A bit more nimble but some of that looked pretty stiff. Not an expert though so I won't argue it.
