I guess Cap? Are they allowed to interfere with each other? I would say Cap, with the Super Soldier Serum, is faster and stronger generally.

Well Rogers does have that never give up attitude. But I don't see any sort of strategy that could pull him a win. Adonis is just beast for real.

I'm gonna guess, that no serum. In this case means during the run where Cap lost the serum, and then build himself back to super soldier levels. The natural way.

Thing is. Once the arc, where he retrained his body, sans SSS. Was over, he was at basically the same level as with the SSS.

Which means that, he is still gonna be faster than Donnie.

Well the slot did specify peak human and the SSS puts him over that limit, no?

Actually, in 616, the serum puts Cap right at peak human. It's mostly with the Steves in the other universes where the serums put them past that mark.

Just realized I almost forgot to actually make my case, lol. 

Given that with 616 the SSS makes Cap "merely" peak human, it's definitely within the parameters of the slot. So, Cap should take this one.

Watching two muscular men bump each other around in office chairs, though, would be hilarious in the meantime.

Heads up to everyone voting against Cap, because he may not have the Serum. Even with our the serum Cap was able to put fight groups of fodder, multiple super soldiers, and Crossbones.

He has that skill and determination.

Yes. Buy you may only use feats that support it being peak human. Nothing should go above that.
