Heh, MJ and Balrog are the same height.  I don't buy for a second that Balrog's only 225 lbs., though. 

Balrog has a weight advantage, but Jordan's quicker on his feet (though I'm not sure how well the latter translates whilst sitting in an office chair). Part of me thinks Jordan having lesser weight may give him a slight edge in a mile-long race in the end.

I was leaning towards Jordan as well, but then Balrog is a fighter who regular goes up against super fast opponents. He must have quite a bit of strength and may be able to just move that much faster on the chair.

I think Jordan can take this. He is competitive at a sociopathic level to the point I think he would find a way to get good at this game, and it negates Balrog's major advantage, the power in his fists.

I think Jordan takes this. Everybody else has already said why.

The pic being used in the set up is from a down hill race in Germany. Downhill Balrog's weight is going to be an advantage. He is also going to react quicker to the starting "bell" given that we see him dodge energy and sonic attacks. 

Balrog is also known for his fast blitzing attacks, so I'm not sure Jordan is faster on his feet. In fact given that Balrog is regular able to cross distance and land blows on opponents that dodge lightning etc. I'd say over short distances he is faster than MJ. 

So Balrog is gonna have the initial edge based on reaction and sprinting speed and gravity and weight should help him maintain said edge.

Balrog is also not of brutality and cheating to win.

I like Jordan honestly. This feels closer to his area of expertise than Balrog's.
