I would say Ratchet... I mean he's been through a war which has been going on over eons and probably has seen his share of Autobot politicians, commanders, officers die on the field. I mean come on, the Autobot has seen and been through so much crap in the Autobot-Decepticon war that he's gotten so much experience from it to where he's learned how to cope with these things and move on.

Medic wins this. He is completely sociopathic and wouldn't care at all if one of his patients dies, as long as he got to experiment on them. Ratchet may have been through a lot, but Medic may genuinely be a sociopath, and would take literally no time to recover from a patient dying
