It was the Doctor, and as he ran he kept up a running line of commentary, possible to distract them all from the tentacles behind them. Now more then ever, grasping and hungry.

 

"Vin, lovely to see you, sorry about Galen and will you ALL RUN FASTER!!!!"

 

He put on a burst of greater speed, skidding suddenly as he spoke.

 

"FREEZE!.....There's a rock in my shoe. Oh, and we're here!"

 

Patting his shirt pocket, he withdrew a strange device and with a move that ripped the laws of Time and Space, a portal appeared and he spoke, gesturing.

 

 

"C'mon, c'mon! So little to do, and so much time to do it! No strike that...Reverse it. NOW C'MON!"

 

And he would dive in headfirst.

Ghostfreak would, without hesitation, go straight into the portal, all the while supporting Galen with his telekinesis in the same fashion as before.

As the others escaped, Dante would struggle to free himself in vain. He watched as his friends bored the... phone booth? Whatever, at this point the demon hunter had seen it all. However as he was dragged down anyone who happened to notice the look in his eyes would see not a single hint of fear. No, as always Dante's only reaction was excitement. Either Dante was underestimating this thing, or it was underestimating him, or both.

He summoned more and more swords, this action requiring only a thought with the Lucifer. Each one stabbed into the creature's arm until it was forced to let go. The swords exploded and Dante smiled. The son of Sparda was able to look at this creature's form as he smiled and summoned his father's legendary sword in it's true form.

He was ready to face this demon alone. That was just how he liked it too. Sigfried, Shurikan, Raziel, and even Galen; no one else would have to suffer like them. He could cut lose and do what he did best, "Alright you big ugly *vulgarity*, let's go... let's go all the way to hell!" he said, as he took his true Devil form
