Diamondhead would dodge the rain as best as he could, but wherever he went it would follow... until Aang pulled it off of him.

 

His Crystal Shards however would impact on the Archon Lords face, detonating in a colourful explosion.

 

 

Galen would fly like a bullet at the Archon Lord. There was little that could be done to stop him, and he plunged into and through it's eye causing the Gargantuan beast to recoil backwards from the Impact, and cry out in pain as the Blasts and Lightning attacked him from the inside.

 

 

As the Archon Lord rocked backward from the impact, he would get hit with the missiles Dante had fired off through the dimensional portal. For a second the beast was silhouetted by the light from the explosions, before smoke could be seen rising off it's back.

 

Aangs attack with the Ice would be fairly ineffective, they all were flying, there was no need for feet to have mobility.

 

The Combined blaster attacks of Adam and Vin struck at the Archon Lords hide, unleashing bright sparks from their rain of fire.

 

As Katrina leap the spare Lightsaber flew at Raphael, deactivated obviously, and slow enough for him to catch.

 

Katrina would follow behind her father, speeding not as fast towards the fast closing hole that had been left. However Just as she reached the Archon Lord, her window closed. She wouldn't have the speed or power behind her air dash as Galen had though, and would have to land On the eye.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Soon, the shards from Diamondheads attack would push out of the Archon Lords eye and fall away.

 

Galen was completely consumed within the entity, Vin would be sensing from him tremendous Burning Pain from him as he continued his attack within the beast.

 

The Missiles that Dante had fired seemed to do fairly little observable damage to the creature before them.

 

And the Blaster holes that sparkled the beasts hide would be seen to close seconds after they impacted.

 

 

The Archon lord would cease the Water Spell on Diamondhead

 

 

KVEYKVA

 

 

Strobes of Lightning struck the Rubble, a bolt for everyone.... Except Diamondhead. As the Lightning struck out at them another word could be heard.

Diamondhead's limbs would shatter instantly as if struck with an irresistible force.

 

The Archon Lord would reach up to try and pluck Katrina off it's face with it's Tentacles. Pincers like an army ants mouth, though many many times bigger would form at the ends to grab at her.

 

As the lightning struck Adam the Metallic Armor barrier would activate to deflect the blast. Seeeing his blaster have little effect he curses his luck as he wish his friends were around to add some extra firepower. It then hit him that he could add soem more firepower, after remembering Ben's automatom he was given.

 

"Alrigth little guy, lets see if you can make what Im thinking." he says before noticing Vin. The more the merrier he smirks. Heading toward the mistborn he would yell at her. "Vin, follow my lead!" he says before drawing his power hatchets. Placing one in position on his blaster he would then instruct the automatom goo to form around it and shape a very familiar weapon in the Zeo Ranger's hands. Now wielding a supercharged version of the Super Zeo blaster he would ready to fire the large blast down the creature's face.

 

"Fire!" he says as a powerful energy ball, MUCH larger than the original weapon, would fire out and towards the former-ally.

Indeed, Galen would feel intense pain, though it wouldn't be related to his body....Yet. The pewter in addition to granting greater strength also bestowed increased invulnerability. A fact which Galen counted on when he pulled his little maneuver in order to further survive the impact.

 

At the moment however, he would be in dire straits.

 

For one, the "blood" of this being seemed to be consisted of spirits. Intangible beings, the souls of those whom Raziel had consumed in his long lifetimes, which froze and burnt him simultaneously as he strove to fight his way towards the brain area.

 

Slashing and hacking, using the Force to assist him in literally carving his way through the head, seeking to do all he could to damage this creature in a way that it wouldn't ever forget.

 

And though he was in pain, still would he go forth.

 

He had far too much at stake now to fail. And also....He recalled Kat's face, blaming...Hating.

 

If he could use his power to save her and Vin, he would.

 

If it was at the cost of his own life....So be it.

 

Though that wouldn't be in the plan either and he would devote a part of his mind to Vin, caressing her mind with his as he thought.

The lightning was fast, too fast for Katrina to utter the words. So, she thought them. The focus of her thought was such that she didn't need to speak them out loud.

The spell would of been draining if she was generating lightning like Raziel was. Instead, at a fraction of the price, she aimed to redirect, manipulate. She channeled the spell through her sword, and the bolt would surge through the sword and back at Raziel himself, directly behind the eye she wished to enter.

 

That was when the pincers came. She would try to slice further into the eye, with the still hot Soul Reaver, goal focused.

Rapheal caught the blade, as he ignited it, and after trying to find a good spot, to hit the Archon Lord, Raph threw the lightsaber, as hard as he could have, at AL's back, hoping it would distract him long enough, for Kat, to do whatever she had to do. It, was then the lighting bolt nearly struck Raph, who barely managed to dodge the attack in time, but it caught his left arm, and burnt it beyond healing. The French warrior bit his lip, until it began to bleed, to keep from screaming, as the pain from his burnt left arm was intense...

The water would be useless for someone who is flying. He had to think of another plan. But first he had to deal with the lightning. Just to think he was barely able to do it before. Now that he was better practiced with the tecnique, he was able to contain it through the body, then redirect it back at the monster.

 

As soon as Raphael threw the lightsaber, it deactivated, leaving it useless. Aang used his metal powers to retrieve the weapon. He made sure to grab it at the top so the lightsaber would be activated safely. "How do you turn off this thing." After feeling the hilt, he pressed the button to deactivate the lightsaber. Such a weapon was not his thing, so he put it in his pocket for safe keeping.

 

But he wasn't done yet. Afterwards, Aang would send fire blasts at various parts of the creature. It has been a weakness for many of the creatures in this world, perhaps it would work here as well.

 

 

The Lightning would arc back towards the Archon Lord, but then arc again towards Katrina as she called it. The Fireballs however would wash over the Lord dealing little if any damage.

 

In response the second Tentacle limb of the Archon Lord, whipped out at Aang like a whip cracking. Talonlike blades sprouted along it's length near the tip.

Dante cursed when the missiles did little damage. But for now he had bigger things to worry about, namely the lightening. Dante Airtricked to avoid the lightening then moved to find a steady enough place for his next move. He held the Pandora infront of him and transformed it into it's Revenge form

After taking a second to charge, if he went uninterrupted, Dante would fire a powerful laser blast aimed for the Archon Lord's other eye.

 

 

The Archon Lord would Strike out at Dante with a Clawed limb, trying to reach him before the gun fired. Even if Dante was able to get a shot off with the Cannon, he would more then likely be hit with the Gargantuan Limb as it descended towards him if he stayed to fire.

Instead, he focused on retaliating the attack he had received via forming extremely long, thin javelins of crystal matter. Lithe, sleek, and extremely sharp were they. He levitated three of them, with a forth in his hand. The length could be seen as longer than Diamondhead's height. He threw the first with all his strength behind it, intending to pierce the eye of the god, and once it was situated within, would they explode in the same manner as his previous attack, only these would be far more explosive and powerful, due to being larger. Obviously, there would indeed be more fragmentation compared to the last. He would repeat the same action he performed on the remaining three javelins, albeit with various targets that seemed vital, if any.

 

 

The Javelins would fly true but seeing them come, the Archon Lord would Vibrate it's tentacle limb already in place from trying to grab Katrina. The limb became like a shield against the shards, detonating them before they reached it.

 

It still managed to sever the limb at the point of detonation.

As the Rangers were forming their weapons with the Automatons, the Archon Lord would strike at them just as it did with Dante, and just like with Dante if they stuck around long enough to fire their shot they would probably be struck.

Seeing through the Force, and even through normal sight Galen could see a Bright light up ahead of his rampage. Brighter then the surrounding soul fire and necrotic flesh.

 

If anything could be called the Brain then that must be it. The Nexus of the Souls.

She could sense something ahead vaguely, a pulsing white light...

Galens pain would be excruciating now. Beginning to run out of pewter, his body was beginning to burn and he'd grit his teeth to prevent himself from crying out in pain, seeking to turn pain into anger. Anger for what this....Thing meant for his family, for his love....He would NOT allow it to overcome him now and if Kat could see clearly, it would be the silhouette of Galen against the "brain" as he roared and and blasted his way through.

Dante cussed, loud enough for his allied to take notice, as the claw swung toward him. He wouldn't be able to get off an attack with Pandora, at least not that blast. As he jumped over the Archon Lord's claw the weapon turned back into a brief case and he swung Yamato at the claw. Using a variation of its dimension slashing powers he'd be able to cut the claw off if he managed to hit and the archon lord's magic didn't stop it for some reason.

 

After avoiding the attack, Dante would take a queue from Galen but with his own flare on it. Dante would preform a series of Airtricks to get to the creatures arm (the opposite of the one Galen was on) and do his best to cut through anything that got in his way. If Dante successfully made it to the Lords arm, he'd attempt to drive Yamato into his arm. If that move worked, Dante would grab Yamato by the handle and run with it dragging behind him, cutting through the flesh, if you can it that, of the Lord's arm as he went.

 

To try to insure a clear path Dante would temporarily release Pandora and whip out his shotgun. Hopefully he'd be able to blow away anything that got in his way. If this worked, Dante would pick the right moment to jump and in mid air release Yamato for Alastor as he activated his Devil Trigger.

 

Channeling lightening through his sword and gun he'd hope to clear a path while he flew toward his destination, under the Archon Lord's head. If he arrived, he attempt to stab the Archon Lord in the jaw and fly to cut along it, similar to what he did on his arm. He had no idea where this thing's throat was, or if his body functioned like anything else, but he hoped to cut through some of vocal cord and prevent it from speaking and casting it's spells.

Finally, she was inside the monster, after the seconds seemed to drag on. She surmised the fact that the sword had a certain power over the flesh and kept it drawn. Even if it was slowly draining her, for certainly, she could feel its gentle, yet unyielding pull. The first thing she did upon entry, while running towards the light, was mutter,

 

"Atra ono waíse sköliro frá rauthr."

 

The spell was for Galen, as she was within sensing range, and the spell itself was only slightly taxing. The effect would be a thin layer-type ward, to shield him from small things like acidity, but not blunt force. Katrina ran along the strange, fleshy path. "Galen!" She shouted. "Father!"

Fire had no affect on the creature. It didn't seem to be that easy. All he did was invoke a tentacle to slash at him like a whip. Once again his agility saved him as he jumped over the tentacle.

 

Going back into the offense, he would gather the water remaining and use it to glide towards the creature. He stopped within 10 yards, then caused the water to rise until it reached the Archon Lord. He hoped to cause the water to freeze the part holding the tentacles.

Vin used the power of the Frog coin to ninja teleport to a spot and fire.

"Let's see how you like this."

Diamondhead, seeing as how his attacks were somewhat ineffective against this god, adopted the role of fending off all attacks brought forth via the tentacles. He materializes a pair of crystal blades, both in the shape and size of Zweihanders that would fit him proportionally. He would be constantly on the move to achieve this goal.

His arm was dissolving...The acidic nature of this place causing him to wince in pain as he dropped the sword he took from Kat before. He thought it the one blade Vin mentioned that would work on this thing, though thanks to his mistake it would seem as though it would prove his undoing. Though a sudden sense of relief would flood his body, the pain as he heard a voice he never expected to hear.

Adam seeing the claw come at him, quickly jumps off the platform he is on with the help of the metallic armor speed boost. Freefalling to the ground, Adam would aim the Super Zeo blaster as carefully as possible to avoid allies. Sure of his shot he fired off his charged blast.

 

"FIRE!" he says pulling the trigger, a ball of energy goign towards the creature's centerline.

OUTSIDE THE BEAST

 

The Large Blast from Adam would leave a large crater in the beasts centerline (I assume somewhere in the gut?) But just like the other smaller blaster bolts it would slowly start to heal.

 

Seeing Bens attempts to ward off his attacks, the Archon Lord would strike at him with a Claw to Grab and a Talon to strike. Striking to pick him up with them, and rend him limb from limb.

 

As for Aang, the Same Tentacle that attacked him followed behind him, opening up into the Pincer Claws that were used against Katrina. It would strike at him from behind as Aang froze the base of the Limb.

 

Dante would succeed in slashing and blasting his way up the limb, and make it to the base of it, however pinpointing it's Mouth would prove to be difficult... Slashing it's throat however would yield a spray of blue and green liquid fire though, with the wound sealing quickly behind.

 

 

INSIDE THE BEAST

 

As Galen turned he was enveloped by the light of the Nexus and all would go Black

 

For some reason he could see that he was in an empty space, pitch black, and there was no pain. He could see something ahead, just several paces, suspended in this spectral dreamscape just as Galen was.

 

Raziel, his form at least, and something else. Entwined about his limbs and embedded into his body was a grotesque tentacle creature, and as Galen gazed upon it, a single eye flicked open.

 

 

Raziel would turn to Face Galen and it would say "How Reckless of you of you... Galen, coming here... just look at yourself. Almost killing yourself, and now you look like... me." It would approach the wounded Sith. "Out of... Friendship, I haven't gone too hard on our... friends out there, but they Tax me... Galen. I'm sure you see that..." It would reach out toward him, tentacles crawling along his arm, they too reached out to touch him. "Please... tell them to stop..."

 

 

Katrina would reach the Nexus point just at this time. Not seeing or knowing what was happening on the inside, only seeing Galen being pulled into it. As she closed in on the point, reality seemed to Pulse around her, time seemed to slow down slightly... The Soul Reaver in her hands would Lung forward of it's own accord, drawn like a wolf to the smell of blood. It would pull her through, and into the Nexus, the only way to not be pulled in would be to let it go and face the inside of the Beast alone.

Raziel would turn to Face Galen and it would say "How Reckless of you of you... Galen, coming here... just look at yourself. Almost killing yourself, and now you look like... me." It would approach the wounded Sith. "Out of... Friendship, I haven't gone too hard on our... friends out there, but they Tax me... Galen. I'm sure you see that..." It would reach out toward him, tentacles crawling along his arm, they too reached out to touch him. "Please... tell them to stop..."

 

 

Katrina would reach the Nexus point just at this time. Not seeing or knowing what was happening on the inside, only seeing Galen being pulled into it. As she closed in on the point, reality seemed to Pulse around her, time seemed to slow down slightly... The Soul Reaver in her hands would Lung forward of it's own accord, drawn like a wolf to the smell of blood. It would pull her through, and into the Nexus, the only way to not be pulled in would be to let it go and face the inside of the Beast alone.

Acid burns covered the majority of his body, one arm was completely dissolved and all in all.....He looked like hell. It was fortunate that Kat had cast that spell upon him before he ran out of pewter. Otherwise....He may have been worse off.

 

At his old comrades words, he smiled. Painful though it was as he spoke.

 

"Indeed....Its because out of all of our friends that I understand that I have come....You feel it, can't you? Such hunger for life and more that you positively ache with it. Until nothing else matters but satisfying your gluttony, your appetites. You feel it even now, though some part of you is trying to resist wholeheartedly.... I know....Because I too, have felt this way once."

 

Indeed....Sith in general were greedy and spiteful. Often focused on nothing more then the next power, the next feast of knowledge and darkness...Until they finally were consumed by it.

 

And he was once like them. Aloud he would speak.

 

"Look at you now....Almost nothing remains of you but hunger...Is this the power of a God? Is this all that there is for it? I refuse to believe that one like you can ever be ruled by hunger....Fight it old friend. Reject it. I did so once....And so can you."

Katrina held on. Where ever the sword was going, it was in Galen's direction. She'd not let go. Irrational, perhaps, but her heart and will spoke louder than even her calm, logical state of mind. As she was pulled into the Nexus, she flipped on the handle and rotated to a position where she kneeled over the flat of the blade, facing forward and holding onto the pommel. She let the sword carry her, concious of the output of energy. She needed to keep burning it to simply move at that point.

As Aang continued to try and freeze the limbs, the tentacle crept up behind him. Luckily, the water still not frozen gave the tentacle away as he rolled out of the way, stopping the flow of the water.

 

On his feet again, he would waterbend the water towards the tentacle, hoping to freeze it as well. He also reinforced this by having the ground to start consuming the tentacle.

As he was grasped by the clawed hand of the god, Diamondhead allowed it to go no further via transforming into an alien form that it would have extreme difficulty grasping: Upgrade.

 

Due to being a mass of liquid-solid, he would slip out of the god's grip and perhaps avoid the attack entirely. To return the favor, he would construct several spikes out of plasma and fire them off into the eye of the God.
