Guest Ruinus
Then it'll be a bunch of minor players fighting each other and clawing their way to the top. Write off all the major players sudden and massive disapearance a full on nuclear exchange, with the people remaining only surviving because... well, they were minor players. Why nuke the small guys? Why nuke the small guys?I Like it. It would also explain the wide array of Odd beasts that were picked for National Animals... I'm looking at you Blink Dogs, Xenomorphs, and I think someone picked Dragons... It'll also explain why maybe 75+% of the "map" is uninhabited... they'd be like the Wasteland in Fallout. Watch out for Raiders and Ghouls... and Super Mutants!

You will be living next to the toilet for the next few days. Heh. Mh, so, we're the biggest nations now?

Raiders, Super Mutants, small sections of the past civilizations or their armies, etc etc. Maybe even "favor" points from the survivors in those areas, who ask for wate/food/medicine, etc etc and allow easier control of the areas. Unless that's too complex. That would make it easier and less complex.  For instance, one NPC "Nation" could have been overran with Super Mutants (Borrowing from Fallout again) during the "Apocalypse" and well, what actions beyond them trying to kill you is there to them? Skirmisher
Super Mutants have crappy weapons besides the Miniguns...Nah, they've used Assault Rifles before, and I'd have to crack open the game again, but I think they've used other heavy weapons too. I don't think they've ever used shotguns though... Then there's the Melee weapons... and with their super strength and super durability they should be able to close the gap and crush some skulls... Guest Ruinus
Super Mutants have crappy weapons besides the Miniguns... You've clearly never fought the Super Mutant Overlord with the Tri-beam rifle. Anyways, the Super Mutants in the Fallout series aren't actually created by nuclear radiation, they were created by the FEV. My apologies. And from the sounds of things, they're not everywhere, only a few of them, so mostly of their equipment the mutants have in a whole are/b] crappy except for the Tri-Beam Rifle and Miniguns. There, better? They, the Mutants, refer to it as "green stuff", heh.

Skirmisher
Hehe, Jaeger didn't use bold correctly. Also, Skirm what do you mean by unit cap?Basically...  Each of you get Round Two's budget to pay for Troops and Equipment. Each unit has a High and a Low value depending on how advanced they are. That's it too, once they die you can't buy more as this is all you have... I'm also willing to have my government provide assistance to those who have a disturbing lack of National Defense... Militia: $1000 and $5000 Infantry: $5000 and $10,000Specialists: $20,000 and $40,000 Light Tank: $30,000 and $40,000Medium Tank: $40,000 and $50,000Heavy Tank: $50,000 and $75,000 Hero: $500,000 + $Unit Type$-> Allows you to preform one heroic action during one battleLeader: $650,000 + $Unit Type$-> Increases unit efficiencyGeneral: 1,000,000-> You (You must take this unit in order to play.) Just state how much of what you're going to buy. Then during battle you throw numbers at each other and I'll tally up the casualties.  Also, this is a new concept, so I'll take suggestions, just PM them to me. Guest He who fights monsters
Self Reminder: Budget is currently 2979980000000, fifty tanks-21 bil, 10,000 infantry, 20 bil, 14 bill for 5 mil cops and 9 mil militia. Economy statistics of Erisus flourished as of late. In this case I can draw more power to be at least a WWII belligerent allegory (USSR, *uncreative* Germany, USA, UK, or Imperial Japan is acceptable.) Tanks and stuff will be cheaper and I'll be stronger due to government change.
