The Cyber Shredder and Utrom Shredder are actually separate entities entirely. I probably should've been more clear about this in the ShreddervShreddervShreddervShredder thread, but Cyber Shredder has all of Utrom Shredder's memories and skills, but has gained a mind of his own. He even battled the Utrom Shredder for the title of the "one, true Shredder" near the end of the TV series.

Well, the fight was kinda inconclusive, and Tengu Shredder was there too, but Cyber Shredder disabled Utrom Shredder by slashing his chest open, so guess that would count as a win for Cyber.

What I meant was were they came from. Thre reviewers probably don't know about most of the characters submitted.

Yeah. When reviewers really want to investigate a character, we use a little mom and pop website you've probably never heard of. It's called Google. Check it out.
