Voltorb once more tried to tackle it. It succeeded and did minor damage.

"OK, it seems weak enough... Go, Pokeball!" Adam said before grabbing a Pokeball and tossing it at the weakened Magnemite.

"Well thank you mister. I'm Kodi, what's your name?" Kodi asks his new friend.

"Shane's the name. Also, the Lady asked you something about your Voltorb and Hoothoot?"

"Great! Way to go, Strike. I'll get you two back to the Pokemon Center to get you patched up."

He would retrieve the Pokeball with Magnemite inside and head back to Chester, in the direction of the Pokemon Center.

Voltorb attempted to use Thunder Wave. It succeeds, paralyzing Pikachu for a turn.

Gigas growled in tandem with Shane, signifying he would do all he could to help. Aquila too squawked.

The girl commanded her Shiny Mareep to perform Thundershock on Charmander. He'd get a bit shocky.

 

 

Sly's Scraggy was promptly defeated.

 

"Tsk, you're not bad, kid. Try this on for size, though!", Sly called out his Makuhita.

 

 

"Bulk up!". The Makuhita would get stronger and tougher.

 

 

 

The previous Vine Whip did some damage. As Tank performed his move, the Pansage countered via grabbing Tank with its Vine Whip and suddenly altered his direction to elsewhere: Towards the ground. He'd crash with a devastating impact...

DK's attack missed.

 

"Makuhita, use Arm Thrust.", Makuhita would rush at DK and attempt to thrust out an arm at the skull of its target. It would miss.

DK's attack connected, doing some damage, considering the Makuhita was tougher than normal. The speed loss wasn't a big issue as DK was already faster than it.

 

Makuhita would once more throw an Arm Thrust at DK. It connected, doing normal damage. DK would be slightly injured while Makuhita was a bit better off than he.

Charmander would then try to recover from the hit.

 

"Ok charmander, give mareep anoither ember attack!" fang commands.

Makuhite once more tries the previous move. It too misses... again.

Makuhita's boost effect worn off. He would try Arm Thrust. It connected, doing mild damage. DK was in worse condition than Makuhita but it was still going strong.
