Hm. Pretty level as far as I can see.

I think personality may play a big part here. Whilst Bumblebee may be faster and more skilled, I think Christine is more likely to just not care about casualties and race along the sidewalk to get that pizza delivered.

I mean, if Bumblebee just transforms specific parts, he wouldn’t be stuck in traffic either, and with less casualties to boot lol

How fast does Christine regenerate? It may be slower for some ramming if she is stopping to self-repair.

I agree. Complete disregard for human life actually somehow gives Christine the win here.

Not sure on this one. 

I mean, sure Christine is more likely to cut through the sidewalks and other walkways to make deliveries, but at some point, the authorities are going to start intercepting her, slowing her down. Meanwhile, Bumblebee, as mentioned, could transform to robot mode and run past the traffic all the same. 

Whether Christine could get the deliveries in faster than Bumblebee and before the authorities and other general chaos from the death and destruction hinders them both is the question.
