I'm going with my man Dwight here, primarily because he'll use underhanded and dirty means to win the race.

I mean the guy threw a ball at a woman's face to get ahead in a dodgeball game.

I think Black Panther takes this. I'm assuming we're taking base BP here, but even that is peak human, able to keep up physically with heavy hitters in the Marvel universe. He's also just better for this challenge I think. His skill set is more varied and well rounded so dealing with this bizarre challenge is more up his alley

I think trying to humiliate, undermine, or cheat against Black Panther here is a great way to get humbled. Black Panther should have this as he strikes me as more athletically fit.

Winning an office chair race is all about the quad strength, and if there’s one thing BP’s got plenty of it’s quad strength:

Kicking away a real Panther.

Kicking a helmet wearing guard in the head so hard it cracked the metal. And doing a perfect split on top of it.

And of course the time he cracked a stone floor with a stomp, coming real close to crushing Captain America’s skull like a grapefruit while he was at it.
