Wasn't sure about this one so did some digging. Both have stupidly outrageous feats their name. This thread seemed quite logical as to why Flash would win - but I've seen others disagreeing. Slightly leaning towards Flash but will see if there are counters.

If she can do that then Flash can just run off the island. I would say she has to stay on the island though

That was my question as well. Both of these characters could theoretically leave the island - either by going into space or around the world. We need to specify either way - but in my mind, unless Carol can/will destroy the earth, then it is in Flashs favour. And even if she does decide to do that - then he potentially has the option of time travel...

I don't know; Flash has ways to counter a lot of her moves via the Speed Force. Between that and Carol's abilities, this realistically could've just about gone either way.
