I would think that Leonardo's got this.

Considering that he regularly runs and across rooftops and has to climb a lot of buildings in New York, he's got some pretty good conditioning which compliments his low tier superhuman physicality which is already granted to him because of his mutation. So I would say Leo in my book.

Yeah, I gotta agree with RakaiThwei and say that Leonard should have this. I remember the turtles being quite agile in this cartoon, doing backflips over massive clearings in between buildings, and since this course is designed for humans Leonard should have no trouble clearing any gaps with his superior agility.

If you played any Shinobi (Shinobi 3 is in my top favorites of all time) Joe Musashi spends the whole game jumping around and fighting in unstable environments. Still, I say Leo's superior physic wins it.
