I assume he has? He's nothing but lines of code without his Matrix abilities. The thing is, we know for a fact that Agent Smith is fast enough to dodge gunfire, so that means that Domino will have to get in close and fight him in a straight fist fight. And I think Agent is definitely the better in the physical department out of both of them. I mean, dude was destroying parts of pillars with punches. He should win this fight.

Domino's probability manipulation provides her a wildcard that Agent Smith would be ill prepared for.

Agent Smith is a program - and programs tend to fare poorly when the totally unexpected and unforeseeable happen, in my experience.

Good catch. Albeit, I don't think comic Domino is that wild with her probability manipulation. It only very slightly steers things into her favour, it's not like the Deadpool 2 version of her where she's a cartoon caricature of her normal self. And I find it hard to believe that Agent Smith would be put out of commission by something akin to this happening.

Bingo. Technology can fail for unexpected reasons. Domino is not someone to underestimate. 

And she still has the skills to fight him off still.

If Smith is restricted to his abilities from the first Matrix film, Domino has a decent chance, but it's definitely still no easy fight for her. Otherwise, she would get crushed.
