I feel like Mister Mind and Doctor Sivana have clashed before, in The Power of Shazam!, but I don't recall the specifics of what happened, I just remember them interacting and trying to outdo each other in some manner. With that being said, I do believe that Doctor Sivana's genius lies predominantly in gadgets, while Mister Mind regularly reaches out to other scientific ventures. Him having funky alien abilities might also help him out, as trying to do something when you can actively read the mind of others should make it easier for him to collect resources, manpower and knowledge to outdo a person who's left to his own devices.

Heh, he's actually (usually) normal-sized for a worm.

Considering he is a worm, I think Mister Mind has the advantage in zoology. It's the only advantage I can think of
