I'm gonna go with Octavia... Simply because of the fact that the cello is a very difficult instrument to master, and the fact that she's able to play with HOOVES is nothing to scoff at. I mean Jabberjaw has human band members to play their instruments, and he can bend his finds to grip them like hands... But Octavia has to have such a master of control and style to play without fingers, let alone hands.

Jabberjaw and the Neptunes probably attended Woodstock by the looks of them. Also, their music is pretty fire.

Octavia, by herself is very talented, and with her friend,DJ Pon-3 even more so, against Jabberjaw by herself, she might not cause much of a buzz.

With DJ Pon-3, things get even crazier, maybe not psychedelic but in a similar ball park.
