While it may depend on which Earth they fight on(apparently on Ultraman’s Earth-3 the universe was made in a way that only the villains were allowed to win) but all stats being equal I’d favor Supes and Good Luther.

If we can assume that powers and intellect are comparable between the two groups, then the big factor here may be cooperation.

I can easily see evil Lex and Ultraman betraying each other somehow (like Lex trying to take over Ultramans body) during the 3 week prep period and them never quite making it to the fight itself! Ultraman is, after all, some versions of Lex's worst nightmare and the actual reason behind their enmity. 

Good team for the win.
