Dead Eye gives Arthur a shot. The environment also probably favors him. Speedy may have some degree of toon force, but not enough that he can like run into mirrors, at least as far as I remember. Arthur is clever and quick enough to pull it off

Why can I not get a clear victory for any of my characters!

I feel good voting for Speedy though. He is more than capable of winning this if not dominatingly so.

Honestly feels like a tougher pull for Arthur to me. Yes, he's good with firearms, but I'm pretty sure Speedy's dodged gunfire before, even at point blank range. The mirrors may trip Speedy up slightly, but they're probably gonna trip up Arthur even moreso.
