Just off the top of my head, neither look great in this category. If I had to pick one, I guess Isis. My memory is that she has something to do with healing magic, which vampires like because they like to live forever. I guess if it's divine healing magic it might actually kill them, in which case they might not like it so much. I'm not so sure either would be very appealing to the vampires

Isis is married to Osiris, God of the underworld, dead and the undead. Good case for her.

Hera is the patron Goddess of marriage and all the things surrounding it which could extend to family and so forth. A powerful deity for sure, but I'm not sure where that attracts Vampires.  

Isis is a player in the cycle of life, death and rebirth. As Vampires are essentially reborn from death, I see an angle there for Isis among Vampires. 

I would have to go with Isis here.
