My money is on Musketeers.  Given equal Musketeers with pistols and swords, to slow moving zombies out in the open, I'm thinking that's a turkey shoot.

I think it takes just 1 musketeer to figure out that a stab or shot to the head puts the zombies down, and then it's a coordinated massacre.

Unless the numbers are way in the zombie's favor, the Musketeers should have this. To be fair, if the Musketeers don't know the zombie's weakness right away, it's entirely possible they start losing members before they figure out what's up. Assuming equal numbers, though, I don't like the Living Dead's chances

Hiding throughout the arena would actually work in the French Musketeers' favor, but they may not even need to do so. Assuming both sides are in equal numbers, the muskteers could kill off the zombies, and if any of their own gets infected in the process, the musketeers would just have to kill them off as well.
