I'm actually thinkin' Lobo here. He's so durable Doom isn't really going to be able to put him down without prep, which he doesn't have here, and most of Doom's best feats come from him having studied his opponent and coming up with a counter for them. Random encounter, Lobo is just too much for Doom to handle

Doom's shields are stronger than anything Lobo can dish out, and with his combination of tech and magic he just has so many ways of putting Lobo down - especially considering Lobo does tend to go a bit crazy with frustration if he finds he's losing. Doom has taken down Hulk and more with his magic, and I can see him taking over the main man's bike and sending him into the sun or trapping him in suspended animation to win the fight (he trapped Dr Strange on the astral plane).

Hate to do it as I'm a huge fan of Lobo, but gotta go with Doom.
