Stormtroopers aren't portrayed as the sharpest knives in the drawer.  That said, I think they have basic tactics down.

Stormtroopers also don't have a giant "Z" on their chest that acts as a weak point.

I wouldn't count the putties out. But yeah, the Stormtroopers should be able to win this simple task. Long as they don't have to shoot anything.

I'm inclined to agree with what people have said so far. Stormtroopers are going to be better coordinated and seem to be pretty smart too, relatively speaking

Largely depends. Because the image here are Rita's putties.

Let's not forget the opening scene of a New Hope or Empire Strikes Back. Stormtroopers can be more than competent against anyone other than the main characters.
