This pans out badly for Kite Man, although it also does for Toad, but even worse for Kite Man, because a guy in the sky won't be able to hide long from Superman of all people.

Lois freaks the hell out as soon as that nasty Toad tongue gets near her.   Pretty sure about that, anyways.

I don't feel confident either of these guys can pull this off, but maybe Toad can hold her underground for a bit longer. Kite-Man has an over-reliance on his Kite...abilities and that's going to get him killed by Superman. Who, ya know, can fly without a kite.

Took a quick look at Toad's respect thread... this guy use to have a spaceship and a 'Toad Mech' back in the day. I think he wins this one handedly.

My memory of Toad is that he's not very smart and is more of a follower type, so that probably wouldn't help him here. Assuming I'm remembering that right. I think Kite Man is a Batman villain, and those guys tend to be pretty smart, but that's a stretch and a half admittedly. I don't think either of them does very well here
