I feel Batman has the better skills and connections to make this a pretty easy mission.

Man that is twice in a row that Batman has gotten favorable scenarios to help him win. The first was a stealth match, and this one is just a delivery mission.

Hell, all he has to do is take the batplane in stealth mode and he's all set.

I agree. There are several things that I believe Cyclops can do better than Batman, This is not one of those things.

Aaaaannnnd my victory is short-lived.  

Sure, Cyclops could blast his way through various obstacles that Batman couldn't, but Bruce has the skills and the tools to better get this done.
