Admittedly my favorite comic cover of all time is the #5 issue of Marvel's Transformers, the US title. Which shows Shockwave standing over the battered corpses of the Autobots and writing on hte wall "ALL ARE DEAD". For all time that has been one of the gut-punchingest comic covers of all time I have seen for shock value or other. What makes it eevn more frightening is that the inside pretty much HAS THAT. All of the Autobots but Ratchet are strung up from the ceilign like corpses, Optimus Prime is reduced to a head for nearly a year, and the war for Earth seems over beforfe it has even begun...
