Orcs would actually be pretty good at this. They are muscular, big, and used to chaotic battles fairly comparable to Black Friday shopping. The zombies are more intelligent than most zombies but they are way too brain-focused and singleminded to be effective here

Pillaging is an orcs favorite pastime. Right next to plundering

Easy win for Orcs. Pillaging and Plundering. They'll make black friday a part of their religion.

Aside from what's been mentioned, I don't think the Orcs have as much of a primal urge for flesh to resist as the Zombies do, so that's also less of a distraction for them.
