I really wish this were the “slay in Santa’s workshop” scenario. That would be fitting for the two of them battling.

Bad scenario but Kevin really never became a model child. He wouldn't do to well at spreading Christmas cheer. 

Pennywise kind of wins by default in my opinion.

Sadly Kevin is limited by his age and how adults fail to take him seriously until it’s too late. Heck his own family tends to ignore or bully him for much of the first 2 films.

Pennywise’s literal job is to spread fear and terror so I gotta believe that he can spread more of it in 2 days then Kevin can spread joy.

One could only imagine how charismatic and inventive a grown Kevin McCallister would be.  

As a kid, though, Kevin may not have enough pull to spread a lot of joy on his own. Pennywise, though, has shown to be able to terrorize a whole town, IIRC.

Kevin's one chance would be to videotape his methodical destruction of the Wet Bandits and saving Christmas, then put it on the web for it to go viral. Much like the movie itself it could spread a twisted sense of holiday joy to masses of people very quickly.
