This is were I feel bad for my opponent, considering Storm Blaster is also fully sentient, shoots lasers, oh and can canonically move at speeds massively faster than light.  It could win the race thousands of tomes over from the word go.

I think that being the fastest isn't necessarily the way to win a Wacky Races fight, otherwise only one car (the one that is actually a race car) would win the fight every single time.

I mean it's still a race, and Storm Blaster is a flying sentient FTL car was laser beams and communicates with its headlights and sounds.  It's plenty whacky, and it's also just faster.
