I'm not even going to try for this one, the Shi'ar has super powered beings. I know the Necrons trapped their godlike creators once before, but not sure they can do it to the Imperial Guard. 

I'm confident they can handle basic Shi'ar military though.

Yeah, the Shi'ar definitely have this one... Especially considering that they have a heavy hitter as part of their empire, specifically Gladiator.

I don't think that the Necrons would be able to handle someone like him.
