Deathstroke's armor is pretty good, and he's got a wide arsenal of weapons. He's routinely the equal of the likes of Batman and such in all media I've ever seen him in. Goliath's physicals are probably better, but Deathstroke's more skilled and smart, and he's very well armed. He's got a good shot

Leaning towards Slade... He is a super soldier. He has been a match for Batman and has kept up with some of the greatest heroes amd villains of DC.

From what I remember of Goliath, bullets fired from a plane just got him angry and he casually could rip apart metal walls. I think Deathstroke may take this initially, but eventually he'll make a mistake by getting too close, or simply piss Goliath off and then its all over.
