Oh geez. These two competing? I don't think either of them can best the other. But I do think you would make one hell of an episode.

Wile E. regularly got bested by the Road Runner and outfoxed by Bugs. Woody is the type that wouldn't do much worse against the "wily" one. 

I'd say Woody's circus is the one still standing in the end. Wile E.'s circus is just as likely to come apart as it is to be a victim of Woody's sabotage.

I think Wile E Coyote will have quite the mesmerizing circus in that car wreck sort of way that draws people to it and they aren't even sure why.
