Kazuya is faster, more skilled and most importantly, ruthless. He wouldn't give the Tick a chance to even hit him if he's playing on his A game. That's without even going into his Devil form. There's a 100% chance he destroys The Tick in hand to hand combat, and since the Tick doesn't fight in any other way that I'm aware of, this is Kazuya's fight to win.

but how is he going to hurt him the tick is next to  impossible to hurt and way physically stronger

the tick can casually toss cars with one hand  topple giant robots i don't know what his limit is but  i haven't seen that kind of strength in teken

I've been looking in on this one, and while I'm pretty sure Kazuya's a more skilled fighter, the Tick might at least scale with him in durability.

Sorry Macklemore, but Tekken’s creator has said that Blood Vengeance isn’t canon to the main Tekken series. But I do agree with your premise that Kazuya and Tick proven strength feats are pretty similar, both being strong enough to toss cars and smash through buildings.
