What kid would have better scary stories, one raised in the scary dirty slums of Gotham or one raised in San Francisco?

Although Jade has met her share of demons meeting them first hand.

I feel like Damien has seen some stuff from all throughout his childhood and been through some extreme situations. Not that Jade hasn't but, i think the son of Batman would have the spookiest stories to tell

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my memory of Damian is that he's pretty blunt and sort of singleminded. Not exactly a charismatic storyteller as far as I can recall. Jade, on the other hand, has both extensive experience with spooky monster and was much more affable and charismatic than my memory of Damian. Damian may have scarier stories to tell, but that's only half the battle. Jade has stories that are plenty scary, and is probably a much better storyteller. Again, it's possible I'm misremembering Damian, but from my memory I would give this one to Jade

As much I do give this to Jade, then again the New 52 always was adverse to joy and fun.

I'm not as familiar with Damian as I probably should be, but from what I've looked up on him, he seems to be more of the serious, brooding type and not that charismatic. As mentioned, while Damian no doubt has seen some scary things being related to Batman and the al Ghuls, Jade has dealt with demons in the form of the Shadowkhan and the Demon Sorcerers and has imagination and her cheerful and enthusiastic charisma to boot.

While Damian would probably scare away or bore the kids (both of which defeat the purpose of telling a good story), Jade is more likely to keep them entertained.
