There is this, and I feel the Martians would win in the end, but I gotta say I appreciate that the two chaotic evil races in this tourney going at each other. They'd troll each other hard.

Giving birth is the second most painful thing of all time behind being set on fire, but I wouldn't call giving birth a weakness to characters that have canonically showcased their weakness to fire like Martian Manhunter. Just like two things are comparable on an arbitrary scale does not mean they can be used in a debate like this.
