  1. Before this thing closes I just wanted to say that my vote for Ken reflects that I see Ken as being just the wrong kind of fighter for Raphael to fight. More powerful fighters rely on their powers more but Ken's skill only makes his powers so much more dangerous. He fights in a way that Raph will be frustrated trying to get an opening. If Raph wins that would be a magnificent battle to write.
  2. 200 mathes. Thank you for all your contributions. I was thinking about this matchup in Grumbe Bee's last one and apparently you were too. Waspinator will win this. Grumble Bee's powers won't be any good against as mech being.
  3. Yes! I heard about the movie. And Mirage City at War was the bomb.
  4. That was obcious to me when I looked him up to set this up. I thought Samael was going to dominate but this Kim dude will kill and army of Samaels. Shredders grandson should sit this one out but he won't. I got to read the Last Ronin I believe you recommended it. It turned out to be free on Comixology so yippe.
  5. Next batch of new characters making themselves known. A demon invasion has set Oroku Hiroto on mission to destroy this contender for the city that is his. Kim Minsu has also come he only wants to make everyone miserable human and demon so he is everyone's enemy.
  6. I intend to read that crossover but I don't expect it to be much. Just like you described. Yours will be much more satisfying I expect. Ken gets a lot of respect but in my mind he always gets overshadowed by the icon of fighting games. Ken has so many distance attacks but I think Raphael can take them and realize he has to keep it close to try and camp him and then.... get thrown (I loved that throw he does in Marvel vs. Capcom 2). It's like everything Raph can do, Ken can counter. I gotta give it to Ken.
  7. Helena is a rather capable woman but I think Lori is much better.
  8. Pretty much like Juggy's early fights with Colossus. Mr. Incredible just isn't strong enough. He'll try but nothing will work.
  9. The Mission Not a megastory tie in The brass needs some VIPs rescued from a terrorist group. Injuries are guaranteed so they send a team with medical qualifications to do the job. To get the hostages out the team must get through the schemes and henchment of three villains teaming up.
  10. Well Freddy demonlished people with super powers in Dream Warriors movie (I think it was part 3). So two more shouldn't be a problem for a reality warper like him. There's nothing to make me think they won't be afraid of Freddy which is what makes him so powerful.
  11. Should have switched Arcee's picture to her G1 picture but at least you told us. If comic Arcee is included than she's pretty much like her Prime counterpart, but less athletic and more brutal. Kimberly being enlarge would be disorienting and I think Arcee is better anyway.
  12. Magneto has been so bolstered that other magnetic people don't even compare to him. Polaris used to be some kind of polar opposite of Magneto but she doesn't have his level of power. She did go to Xavier's school so she has to understand her powers pretty well. Doctor Polaris (both me I believe) is a scientist who specializes in this area so he may know some ways to cancel the mutant lady out. Count Vertigo's powers are artificial and I can see Polaris disrupting it. After that, Vertigo should be able to take him out. But I still say Doctor Polaris wins it for his team. That's just my opinion.
  13. My gut says Zurg but I haven't seen the Lightyear movie so I don't know if he got upped any. The Alien Queen is dangerous but it seems like Zurg would have her number.
  14. Megastory 32 “I feel you.” Professor X almost said outloud. The telepathic link was nearly overwhelming. He had to forcibly break it to talk to Cyclops who sat across from him. “I can’t say that I’ve heard of Cadmus, Professor but usually if it’s not mutant related it tends to fly under my radar.” “Understandable.” Xavier nodded. “It is a government genetic research center. While they make no claims of mutant experimentation, I find it hard to believe that they don’t.” “Why can’t formal government authorities run an investigation?” “Because it is a private corporation with government attachments. Should the X-Men cause trouble, well then it’s just those pesky mutants causing trouble.” “So we get thrown under the bus.” “Don’t kid yourself Scott. We would do this anyway. At least this time we get to catch it early before it officially becomes our problem.” “I guess this is a good time. Our more powerful members are on a mission. But a lot of the stealth people are available.” The Professor stopped him before he could get to his point. “That won’t be necessary at this time. I’m going myself. It might be better to go openly than to have a group of spandex mutants stalking the facility.” “But if there’s danger…” “Doing something unsavory and being dangerous are two different things Scott. My going peacefully and publicly, should deter any ill intent on Cadmus’ part.” “At least have someone go with you.” “If I should need help you will know it.” * * * * * * * * “Right this way Professor.” The man lead Charles Xavier through the halls that were designed like a maze. Professor X pretended to oblivious to his surroundings but very mindful of the turns they took. It was a bit of a surprise when all that turns ended up leading to a large room that seemed out of place having seen the building from the outside. There as a group of people standing around. Some of them looked up but others were too embedded into their work to care about a new arrival. “Charles Xavier,” the tour guide began. “Meet Richard Guyot- Director of Cadmus.” The men shook hands. Richard Guyot was not a handsome man. Furthermore there was something creepy about him. Professor X was tempted to scan him, but he resisted. There was a sense of him being watched but he assumed it was just security. “It’s good of you to come.” Guyot began. “Given your expertise, you could probably help us with some problems.” “I thought you didn’t work with mutants.” Professor X replied. “We don’t. But genetics is genetics. Mutant genes pop up sometimes.” “What issues are you having?” Asked Xavier. “We’re finding mutant genes latent in some of our subjects. We suspect it hinders our intended work. We’re wondering if there was a way to bypass the mutant gene.” “My work emphasizes capitalizing on the mutant gene. Ignoring a persons natural qualities is something I avoid.” “But surely you’ve had to make acceptations.” He was sensing something. A telepathic connection. It wasn’t directed at him but Xavier was so keen to the mind that could detect mental activity that had nothing to do with him. Guyot was communicating with somebody. Everything about this man was suspicious and Professor X knew that this telepathic incident was something sinister. Even as they looked at each other and talked, the war of the minds raged. Fight Parameters: Professor X is trying to subtly break through Guyot’s defenses and uncover who he was communicating with telepathically. Guyot is controlling some Zoanoids who are somewhere else. For those familiar with the Guyver anime and manga.
  15. Wat is a Gozer level spirit so it could destroy the Nemesis. I would bet that the Nemesis is able to destroy Wat if the Decepticons knew what they were up against. Whateverthecase Powerglide is doomed. I'm going with Wat. (that episode scared me)
  16. Oops! This his been my life for like three months. Rush job on everything. Let it scratch and get on with it. I'll live (and probably end up doing it again someday).
