I would think Splinter has this. The environment favors his intelligence and patience, and he's skilled enough to take Zam out

Normally, I would see Zam losing this one outright against Splinter, but if she could do it just right she could potentially win.

Utilizing her shapeshifting abilities, she could transform into someone Splinter knows, but would not expect to find in the mirror maze, potentially throwing him off from her. His sense of smell might thwart this however, but if it does not this is a very strong card for Zam to play.

Meanwhile, if she is given access to the kouhuns she used, she could release them, and have them sneak up and attempt to defeat Splinter via their poison bites. Again, could fail, as Splinter seems like the type to have hypersensitivity to his environment, but even still, the kouhuns distraction will grant Zam enough time prevent herself from being cornered so easily.

Should she be cornered, while she isn't nearly the martial artist Splinter is, Zam is a class three Mabari fighter, and depending on what that means, should last for at least a little while in hand to hand combat, probably not long enough to take Splinter out though.

I just remembered who Zam is. Z451 poses an interesting point, but this specific terrain plays badly to Zam's strengths. When she has prep, she would be an amazing choice. Turn into somebody the character you're hunting knows, get them on your side, and kill them. She doesn't have that advantage here, so Splinter should be able to kick her ass unfortunately.
