Both have taken over the world in the future at some point, has either ever fought one another before?

nope  Apocalypse is stronger but iam not sure how there going to hurt eachother  if Apocalypse can't use tecnopathy  to win

I think this is a match where the terrain is a factor.  With these heavy hitters, oftentimes the terrain doesn't matter.  But this time I think it does.

If Mount Doom can melt the One Ring, which is indestructible, then I'm guessing that it will at least seriously damage either of these two.

Goal would seem to be to put someone in the lava.

I second what Fox says and Ultron lost to the Human Torch from overheating in a 1v1, so I think that gives the advantage to Apocalypse.

Apocalypse has  teleportation powerful forcefields to prevent damage and even if he does get damaged he heals at pretty much will and has powerful adaptation powers  and he is physically stronger and faster and has TK to guide ultron in
