Battle Beast lost one to a war of attrition to someone with a weaker heal factor than Hulk. I assume Hulk is stronger but I'm not exactly sure which version of Hulk it is. I don't know which one is tier 4. That said, it almost doesn't matter. Most any version of Hulk is strong enough to regenerate from anything Battle Beast can do, and is physically strong enough to match his power too
