Well the terrain is more like Mad Max's world, but the Batmobile is almost certainly a much faster and more reliable car

The Batmobile in the photo is clearly from the Tim Burton Batman movies - a vehicle which has no on-screen dirt feats.  It was clearly designed specifically for paved streets, and it shows. There are different versions of it for different scenarios - that is not the off-road version.

The Interceptor runs in the dirt and has tons of on-screen mad feats in that terrain.
