Heh, I think I might have lucked out on this one.  

I didn't read the whole debate pey and Pizzaguy had going, but I think I saw something about WW and Luffy possibly having FTL reactions and/or movement. I wasn't really fully willing to go that route myself because I tend to take most fictional accounts of lightspeed and beyond with a grain a salt (because more often than not, I find the writers that depict those accounts tend not to show their work).

Not really. When Circe transforms something into an animal, her target seems to just about completely take on the physical abilities of the animal she turns it into. The only reason WW kept her bracelets in pig form is because they were created by magic to be indestructible.
