Hmm...I feel this location would favor Kurt more, but tough to call.

Captain America has been shown to be able to overcome the spidersense in order to hit spiderman. If there's anyone who can predict and counter Nightcrawler's movement it's the Captain.

Like Bergy_Berg said, the best comparison I can draw from is Cap vs Spidey and he overwhelms Spidey in combat. Spidey describes Caps fighting style as “one long move” and his spider sense can’t keep up after awhile. Plus there’s Caps way of forcing his opponent into compromising positions throughout a fight which would work well against Nightcrawlers teleportation.

It is worth noting that he had to sacrifice his shield to land a single punch. To me, that seems like such a terrible idea that it almost seems like an anti-feat

I like both these characters.  I think Captain America's strategic thinking will carry the day.

I think the spider-sense example is a fair one. And I'd say that spider-sense is a bit harder to deal with in a fight then someone who teleports. Nightcrawler doesn't have a sense of where or how Cap will attack and can't 'see' an attack coming before it happens. Nightcrawler is good, don't get me wrong, but I don't think Cap will need to work as hard to trick Nightcrawler into a pattern and land a big blow.
