Scrooge McDuck is scottish. Also a toon. Drinking games should be child's play.

I think Scrooge McDuck sneaks in a win, here.

Deadpool is typically treated like a Toon, but is not.  McDuck has actual Toon power stunts.

I also see McDuck as the more focused, motivated and cunning of the two.  Deadpool seems to get bored easily, and with their both being essentially impervious to drinks, this will go on a very long time.

It depends on if Deadpool takes this seriously. If he takes this seriously he can win this game without Scrooge even getting a shot. He’s an excellent marksman that could easily hit them all in a row.

 

Scrooge could also just offer him money to lose and he’d take it in a heartbeat.
