I'm giving this one to Mr. Fantastic, he can figure his way out of the maze by stretching his arms all around like some sort of snake, once that's done, I think he can take on Doc Ock in a fist... appendage fight.

Reed is clearly the superior intellect in general, but Doc Ock has a certain evil cunning to go with his brainpower.

If it were a comic issue, I could honestly see it going either way depending on how the writer wrote the issue.

That's amazing. It implies that this is always an option and Spiderman just doesn't know about it or refuses to use it.

Nope, he is a nice, family man. There does exist however, a Reed Richards clone from another universe, called the Maker. He's literally the same, only evil.

Huh. The more you know.

Match wise, yeah Reed does seem to have more of an edge here.

Ock's only real advantage here is the strength of his tentacles, and he could conceivably try to tie Reed into knots. Richards has just about every other edge, though. Breaking the mirrors only means that Otto would also have to worry about getting cut by all the shards laying around.
