I'm thinking Magik has this but I'm not too knowledgeable on what Pokemon Red has so I'll check that first.

I don't even know what Red's canon team is (apparently he has an Espeon?) More than likely it would have the three gen 1 starters though.

 

But yeah i still say Magik takes it

"On hand" Red has a pikachu, poliwrath, venusaur, espeon, aerodactyl... and a god damned Snorlax.

I'm not sure what the extent of Magik's power is, but would she be able to stop a thunder, hydro pump, solar beam, psychic, rock throw, and a hyper beam all at once?

^That's if we go by the manga. At the end of pokemon gold/silver, he has the three starters fully evolved, an espeon, a pikachu, and still a god damned Snorlax. The question remains the same, can Majik handle all those types of attacks coming at once?

It's go big or go home. I take max power over max accuracy every time. My team lives for the risk. And even though my poor Jolteon has been kick in the face a thousand times for choosing thunder over thunderbolt, the rewards of connecting are worth it.

Within the first few moments of the fight, Red and all his pokemons would be transported to Limbo, which would either give her a win due to her enemy being removed from the battlefield, or giving her the win due to her easily being able to deal with them with her magical powers unlocked in her home dimension.
