And things really got sketchy when the CIA pulled a sting operation just for her. Giving her false intel of a vaulbe document, were it was actually a trap. Thinking she was done for and was just about ready to head for the clink. They gave her the option of joining a team. At first she was hesistant, but she really didn't want to go to jail, so she agreed and joined up with Omega Squad.

Looks good guys. If you want to edit your characters more, feel free to do so, but I'm ready to get the ball rolling. One hell of a starting post coming up.

I should probably add, that I know next to nothing about the Fallout universe. I've tried the first two games briefly(and quickly deleted them due to not liking the gameplay and finding the games quickly repetitive). Aside from that I've read a bit on the wikia, and watched Kain play Fallout: Las Vegas(I think that's the one it was at least). :)

But I have plenty of general knowledge about post-apocalyptic worlds, even the same kind as Fallout is(Endworld novel series, ftw).

That's alright. No knowledge needed. In fact, it would be more in-character if you didn't know anything about the Fallout Universe.

Just a warning. Characters with intelligence scores below 4 will be treated as "low intelligence" characters, which will definitely modify NPC reactions. And maybe player reactions. Depending on how much of a sarcastic asshole the in-game players are.

What about insane characters? Because I wanted Yusef to be like a mad bomber type.

Well, intelligence isn't really related to insanity. You can be crazy and have half a brain too. I'm not forcing anyone to change anything. Just warning you guys, it's going to be hard for a NPC to take you seriously when you're as dumb as a sack of bricks.

Also: Welcome to the Wasteland soldiers. Always remember- through time, many, many things change. But one thing never changes.

A quick question about weapons: You can pick any from the games, as long as you meet the requirements or being in powerarmor gives us some leway?

Any weapons. No strength or skill requirements apply. It's the old tactic you see in games where you feel like a giant badass in the beginning and then you get everything taken away from you and you have jack shit.

So, any suggestions for weapons for a Sniper?

So far I've looked at the Bozar, and the Gauss Rifle. But I really have no idea.

Also need some kind of 'standard' use weapon, like an assault rifle or something like that.

Another question, are we only allowed to pick/use weapons found in the Fallout games, or would something from real life, or from another game be allowed as well?

Ok, almost done with weapons and such, just one more question.

For modifications, I can't find anything about which modifications can be used on various weapons, so... Can we mix and match stuff, or are there specific modification that can only be used on certain weapons?

For example, with the 'mix and match', would it be allowed to use the photo-electric cells from the Solar Scorcher, on something like the Magneto-Laser Pistols? For more 'standard' modifications, can Rechargers be put on smaller energy weapons(like the magneto-laser pistol) ?

If the 'mix and match' is allowed, I would kinda suggest that everyone have at least one energy weapon with photo-electric cells, and if possible, rechargers. It would kinda fit for a special unit as ours seem to be, to be outfitted with side-arms that doesn't run out of ammo(at least during the day :P ).

Sure. I mean, obviously it has to make sense. You can't put a recharger on a projectile weapon, you can't use an upgraded "bolt" on a gun that doesn't have a bolt, etc. etc.

Just to be clear, by turn based I mean the system where four people each post and an update comes from the GM. Non-combat will be turn based. Combat will not be. As in, if you post an attack, you don't have to wait for 3 other people to post to get a response, the enemy will react immediately.

I'm waiting on AvP to comment before I update the situation with the Chinese sword-wielder, so it's not that I don't see you.
