My characters are more or less set. Now then, just like a regular fighting game, time for character selection intro quotes!

Weapons: (Detachable) Claws

Armor: Heavy fur armor (Similar to leather armor)

Abilities: Inhuman strength (could lift 3 times his weight), Inhuman agility (Could leap about 10-15 feet lengthwise, 5-10 heightwise), Temporary berserker, Feral vision, Animal summoning (often large cats i.e. Tigers or lions), Animal control, Expert hand on hand combat

Abilities: Fire Breath, Inhuman strength (same as Beastking's), (Just for creepiness) Reverberating voice

Actually both those characters seem abit under powered...

 

They're at most Peak Human in ability, but are beaten in Agility by Olympic Level characters.

Well, Peak Human level in Strength is 3x Body Weight.

 

Current Olympic Records either Tie or Beat your Jumping feats.

If their powers stated, than no upgrading (aside from plot induced upgrades). For example, if it's stated fact that they can lift 3x their body weight than that's how strong he is. However if you're just assuming and the strength level isn't specified you have some leeway. I think what you should do is maybe keep 1 and replace one with a more powerful character.
