There's a place that may be a bit weird - who's more likely to sell it?

The master salesman who has spent his entire career focused on sales, ran the most successful branch of a company, and who ended up loved by his staff, or a weird chocolate vampire.

Michael Scott obviously.

Plus we know that he isn't even superstitious, so Silent Hill will be an easy sell.

Michael is a specialist in paper. Count Chocula is a multi-decade success in selling things. Plus the Vampire image plays into Silent Hill's spooky nature. This is the kind of thing Chocula is better suited for. Michael Scott is not going to stand out any more than your average realtor. He's just a regular guy.

He's a great salesman. He can do it if necessary. And who do most people buy houses from - that's right, realtors. Not many people are going to buy from a weird chocolate vampire known (I guess) for cereals?

Right, Scott doesn't stand out and that hurts him. The key here is to get in the door on the sale. The mascot grabbing attention brings it in the matter of sealing the deal. Remember, Scott is not the realtor here, he is the mascot and as the mascot, he lacks the flair to grab attention.

The challenge is to sell the house, which Scott can do. Saying Scott is the mascot here and could not leverage his sales abilities is akin to saying a Djinn is a horror character therefore could not enter a costume competition.

The Count could be a mascot and try and entice buyers, but Scott could be both the face and mascot of the company looking to sell the vacation spot, AND get out there and start doing what he does best and actually get it sold.

The category was mascot, but I will yield that point.

In his world, Michael Scott is a paper salesman in New Jersey. He might be a big fish in a small pond, but in terms of national sales, Count Chocula way outpaces the Scranton branch.

In his world, Michael Scott is the most beloved character in a documentary series that aired in numerous countries. It touched the hearts of millions. He is also the manager of the most successful branch of a company, of which he was one of the most successful salesman.

Count Chocolate might be good at selling cereal to kids but unfortunately real estate is a mostly adult area of business so I would think Michael has more experience and skill in convincing grown adults in buying his products. Michael Scott wins this.

Michael Scott couldn't even get along with everyone at his office and makes many faux pas. Be they of a sexual nature with innapropriate jokes, of a racial nature, or just plain mean, Michael puts his foot in his mouth a lot. Indeed he can be downright immature and fail to take business seriously. What if Toby comes looking to buy? Michael would just rip into him about how much he hates him. Michael can be just as much of a downside as an asset and he frequently is a problem in the Office.

Chocula and Frankenberry may clash over the better cereal, but the Count certainly has not said anything to cause HR problems.

His ability to be more professional coupled with themeing and standing out in the crowd should lead Chocula to victory.

Still not sure on this one, especially since as mentioned, I'm not familiar with The Office. From a glance, though, Chocula looks to have more pitching experience and charisma, as well as a motif that better fits Silent Hill.
