Looks like the Locust Horde is smart, but the Joes basically do a form of LARP'ing on a regular basis. Let's not forget the countless times Joes have disguised themselves to infiltrate Cobra operations and strongholds. Not to mention that more than a few of them are likely already into LARP'ing in their down time.

In actual combat I'd be worried for the Joes but a fun role playing thing I think the Joes have this.
