This challenge is tricky for most to pull off, but I think that Zam has a good chance here.

She's no Wily Coyote by far, as she has far more patience and composure than he manages to have when using ACME products, and her ability to mimic other people's appearances supersedes the Wolf's comically impractical means of doing so via his disguises.

Zam could set up the trap, and change form into Little Red or one of the Pigs for example, and play with the Wolf's mind, luring him in on the basis of revenge, before blindsiding him with trap(s) she set up before, and pinning him that way. Remember the Wolf has been beaten before by Red, the Pigs, and the Huntsman, so it wouldn't be impossible to see him losing here against a more intelligent opponent with access to impersonation abilities.

I'm still thinking ACME products are too much of a wild card for anyone in this slot besides the toons they'd be used on or supernatural forces. The simple fact that ACME products always go awry could potentially make for a mutual kill otherwise.
