Well Burger King is as king after all.  Must have experience ruling something. Even if it is nasty fake burgers and under salted fries.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be ruled under monarchy which the term king would imply, so I'm going to vote against Burger King for the same reason some people might vote for him

Tim “The Toolman” Taylor: “More power, more progress, more Tim!” He would promise to improve the infrastructure and technology of the world, and to make the world a safer and more efficient place with his tools and skills. He would also showcase his projects and inventions, such as the Binford 6100, the Man’s Bathroom, and the Man’s Kitchen. He would appeal to the people who love home improvement and DIY.

Based on this, I think I'm going with Tim. I want my infrastructure and technology updated.
